What is the return and exchange policy? 

 We have a Hassle Free Return Policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy. We want you to love what you purchased — but if you don’t, for any reason, we don’t want you to keep it. Simply return items within 14 days from the delivery date in original condition (with tags) for a refund.

  • Returned​ ​items​ ​must​ ​remain​ ​un-washed​ ​and​ ​un-worn. 
  • All​ ​​SALE​​ ​ ​​items​ ​are​ ​​FINAL​ ​​sale​ ​and​ ​cannot​ ​be returned. 
  • Customer​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​the​ ​shipping​ ​and​ ​handling​ ​of​ ​the​ ​returned item(s).​ ​​ ​Original​ ​shipping​ ​fees​ ​are​ ​non-refundable.​ ​​ ​​For​ ​proof​ ​of​ ​delivery​ ​and for​ ​your​ ​records,​ ​please​ ​note​ ​the​ ​tracking​ ​number​ ​of​ ​your​ ​return​ ​package,​ ​if applicable.

TO​ ​MAKE​ ​A​ ​RETURN: 

  1. Please​ ​refer​ ​to​ ​the​ ​Return​ ​Policy​ ​above​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​that​ ​your​ ​return​ ​meets​ ​the criteria​ ​stated.
  2. Complete​ ​the​ ​return​ ​form​ ​on​​ ​this​ ​page​ ​and​ ​include​ ​it​ ​inside​ ​the package​ ​with​ ​the​ ​item(s)​ ​you​ ​are​ ​returning.
  3. Please​ ​send​ ​your​ ​package​ ​to​ ​the​ ​address​ ​listed​ ​below.​ ​Please​ ​note​ ​the​ ​tracking number​ ​if​ ​applicable. 4. Once​ ​your​ ​package​ ​is​ ​received​ ​please​ ​allow​ ​5-7​ ​business​ ​days​ ​for​ ​our​ ​Returns Department​ ​to​ ​process​ ​your​ ​return.

EXCHANGES 

Due​ ​to​ ​our​ ​limited​ ​quantities​ ​per​ ​unique​ ​style,​ ​we​ ​are​ ​unable​ ​to​ ​offer​ ​exchanges. However,​ ​we​ ​will​ ​be​ ​happy​ ​to​ ​issue​ ​you​ ​a​ ​gift​ ​card​ ​code​ ​for​ ​your​ ​return,​ ​and​ ​if​ ​the​ ​right size​ ​in​ ​the​ ​right​ ​style​ ​is​ ​available,​ ​you​ ​can​ ​use​ ​your​ ​code​ ​to​ ​purchase​ ​that​ ​item.

    Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    • No. Not now

    What company does Astrology Trendz use to ship packages?

    • We offer USPS Priority mail

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Please allow approximately 1-10 Business Days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order unless noted differently under the product description.
    • All domestic orders are sent with a Tracking and Confirmation Number. Once shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of package shipment. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

    PLEASE NOTE: Astrology Trendz is not responsible for the USPS damaging or losing your package. Once the package has left our store, received by the post office and a tracking number has been issued and sent, Astrology Trendz is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages. The USPS does offer insurance on your package which may be added. Please contact us if interested in adding insurance or signature required delivery.

    1. All orders are subject to availability.
    2. Colors and sizes may look different depending on your monitor display settings.
    3. All orders will be processed on a "first come, first served" basis.
    4. Any inquiries regarding orders received must be made within 48 hours of delivery and must be resolved within that time frame. Any inquiries received after 48 hours of delivery will be refused. Buyers must respond promptly; replies not falling under the 48-hour window will be refused.
